We are family owned restaurant.  This restaurant was founded on April 27, 2015. The Shipwrecked Cafe is owned by two women who are first cousins. (Christy and Erica) 
 The restaurant came about because both of the owners have a big family and enjoy cooking. We as owners 

 Some customers get thrown off because of the name they think that we are a seafood restaurant but we serve anything from breakfast to hamburgers and chicken and shrimp.

 Our name originated from our grandfather Horace Shipwash. He attended the Navy and was given the nickname Shipwreck. We wanted to be able to keep the name in the family so we decided to name our family business Shipwrecked after him.
